Go Frolic is a dog park in Somersham, near Ipswich, that features a choice of two secure exercise fields. Our fields are completely separate, fully fenced, have private parking and boast lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Both fields have obstacles such as tyres, jumps, logs, tunnels, ramps and plenty of space for zoomies! We also now offer a customer portaloo toilet. Your dogs will LOVE it! Hiring one of the meadows is exclusive to you. It’s a great place for training your dog, or simply somewhere to keep them fit and enjoying life. Each field has a secure 5ft wire mesh fence, enclosed parking, drinking water, a rain shelter and several benches. In the summer there are bathing tubs for hot days. Unloading your dogs is straightforward – no leads needed – just drive in, secure the gate behind you and let them go. Time slots are 55 mins long which allows a 5 minute gap between bookings – arriving and leaving on time is VERY important.
Our fields are open 7 days a week from dawn to dusk.
The Original Field opened in June 2023
The Hidden Meadow opened in December 2024
Each field has slightly different feel and an alternative set of obstacles for your dogs to enjoy, so why not give both a try!

To secure your slot click ‘Book now‘ . The price is £10 for up to 3 dogs, increasing to £14 for 4 or more dogs. If you need to bring more than 8 dogs please get in touch. The calendar will only show the days and time slots that are still available. Book as many timeslots as you wish (10% discount if you book 10 at once). Go Frolic is easy to find, just 15 mins or so from Ipswich, Hadleigh, Needham Market and Capel.

We had a wonderful time at Go Frolic. Wide open space with lovely additions for your dogs to play on. Shelter if it rains and fresh running water. Secure car park so you don’t have to worry about the dogs legging it!! Everything you need for your dogs to have a safe exciting play!! We also enjoyed the benches to sit on at various points on this huge area!!
